We broker and invest in existing properties and new construction projects in prime locations for our own portfolio or on behalf of our institutional investors, Family Offices, and developers. We meet our investors’ yield expectations in the short, medium, and long term by focusing on residential and commercial properties and conducting market analyses of the respective macro and micro locations, always including exit scenarios. We employ leading experts in the real estate sector, some of them developers, and bring many years’ experience in property investment to the table. We invest exclusively in off-market properties. Direct contact with the owner is the first prerequisite for everything we do. We invest in sound and profitable properties, projects, land, and large real estate portfolios in growth regions, metropolitan areas, and city locations all over Europe. Our transactions focus on investment volumes of at least €2mn up to a size of about €1bn.
